Building a Structurally Precise Stand at Enforce Tac 2026

Enforce Tac 2026 is one of the leading international exhibitions focused on law enforcement, security, and defence technologies. The show brought together global brands that require not only a strong visual presence but also strict adherence to technical and safety standards.

For Connect Displays, it was another opportunity to deliver high-performance exhibition stands at this prestigious platform. With extensive experience in managing complex booth requirements across international venues, our team once again supported exhibitors with reliable execution, technical expertise, and seamless on-ground coordination.

Our Client & Its Objectives

Connect Displays worked with FTS for their participation at Enforce Tac 2026 in Nuremberg.
The project involved the execution of a technically demanding booth, which included suspension, product hanging, vehicle display, and customised flooring.

In the total area of 48 sq mt, the main objective was to design and execute the stand to meet all venue regulations while keeping the display visually balanced and technically safe.

Understanding the Challenge

  1. This project required detailed technical coordination because the client wanted to suspend their product from the hanging structure. This requirement meant we could not treat the suspension as just a design element. We carefully calculated and evenly distributed the load to keep the structure safe while maintaining a clean and aesthetic look from a distance.

     

  2. Along with the hanging product, the client also planned to display a car. To support this, Connect Displays created a display area with custom flooring using real pebbles, stones, and plants to achieve a natural look and ensured the flooring supported the vehicle’s weight while aligning with the overall design concept.

     

  3. We also assisted the client in coordinating the delivery of the car and other products to the stand. We guided them on entry timings, managed how the vehicle would be brought inside, and ensured proper positioning without disrupting other installation work.

How We Planned and Designed the Stand

Connect Displays developed the layout, keeping both technical safety and visual balance in mind. We had to ensure that the hanging structure, product load, and floor display all worked together without making the booth look heavy or crowded.

Additionally, we gave special attention to:-

  • Suspension design and load distribution
  • Proper mounting points for the hanging product
  • Dedicated vehicle display area with reinforced flooring
  • Clear visitor movement space
  • Strong branding visibility from the aisle side
  • Easy access for delivery and installation

All technical drawings, suspension details, and layout plans were discussed with the client in advance to avoid problems during build-up.

Coordination & Execution

During the build-up, our team carefully managed the sequence of work. 

  • We ensured that material unloading, suspension installation, flooring work, and product delivery happened in the correct order.
  • The team handled the suspension work by following organiser guidelines and installed it within the approved load limits. 
  • After completing this, we prepared the customised flooring area to safely accommodate the vehicle.
  • We also coordinated the car delivery according to hall access timings and actively assisted the client with entry and precise positioning at the booth.
  • Throughout the build-up, the team maintained continuous communication with the client, on-site staff, and organisers to prevent any delays.

The Final Result

The Connect Displays team completed the stand on schedule, installing the suspension, product display, and vehicle area exactly as planned. They properly balanced the hanging product, ensured the customised flooring safely supported the vehicle, and maintained a clean overall look without revealing the technical complexity behind it.

This project required extensive coordination due to the suspension load, vehicle display, and delivery timing, but the team handled everything efficiently through careful planning and strong on-site management, delivering the booth ready before the show opened.
