Precision Design and Seamless Execution for Ismail Industries at ISM 2026

Client: Ismail Industries

Exhibition: ISM 2026, Cologne, Germany

Date: February 1 to 4, 2026

ISM 2026 is the biggest exhibition for sweets and snacks in the world. Every exhibitor there is bright, sweet, and competing for visitors’ attention. This year again, Connect Displays created a range of stand design for different exhibitors.

We managed, built, and took down the booth so our client could just walk in and do what they came to do.

Client Brief

One of Pakistan’s best-known candy brands, Ismail Industries, brought a range to ISM 2026 that was worth showing off.

The client had three different product categories and needed three distinct display ideas. For everything to feel coherent, they wanted a stand that showcases everything clearly. On the exhibition floor, their Squishies, the Sour range, and the Twister marshmallow line each required their own place, shelving structure, and visual presence.

The Challenges and How We Handled Them

The product displays had to be built to exact dimensions. Ismail Industries’ products, such as the peg holes, the shelves, and the candy bags, were designed to fit specific configurations, which meant the display areas had to be constructed and installed with real precision.

The team got the sizes right, and the items fit perfectly where they were meant to. The first thing that put pressure on the schedule was the graphics. The files came in late, and the deadline was getting close, so production had to be sped up. Our team worked quickly to get everything in order, and when the stand went up, all of the graphics were in place and looked just the way they were supposed to.

Then there were last-minute calls for extra trays and display items needed much closer to the show day. Our team seamlessly sourced, arranged, and satisfied the client.

Hostess coordination was another layer that the team picked up entirely. From selecting the right candidate to managing the Koelnmesse booking process, handling the paperwork, confirming the licensing and training the hostess on the brand and the products, all of it was managed without the client having to touch a single form.

The Outstanding Result and Client Feedback

Connect Displays handed over the booth on time, built to spec, and stocked correctly across every product category. The client walked in ready for visitors and to get business opportunities.

The client praised our team for being responsive, adhering to the timeline, and effectively managing the project from start to finish. The stand was recognised as well-designed and exceeded their expectations. Some honest feedback came through, too, with suggestions the team noted and will carry forward into future projects. A client who gives real feedback is someone who cares. That is always a positive sign.

Final Thoughts

This project shows how careful planning, execution, and creative problem-solving can work together to make an exhibition experience go well. Everything was done with great care, from meeting the complicated needs of the product displays to dealing with last-minute changes. The end result was a booth that looked appealing and worked well.

With every project, Connect Displays paves the way for even better and more powerful exhibition solutions in the future.
