Connect Displays had the opportunity to work with Telgoo5 at Mobile World Congress 2026, where the client decided to exhibit in a 60 sqm booth space, larger than their usual participation.
Interestingly, this was the same location where our team had previously executed a stand for another client in 2025, which helped build confidence and trust with Telgoo5 for this project.
The booth location itself was technically challenging because the venue structural beam was running through the booth space. Such locations require careful planning, as there are strict organizer regulations related to height, load, and structure alignment.
Since our team had already worked on the same space earlier, we were familiar with the constraints and were able to guide the client with confidence. This experience played an important role in the client trusting us with the design and execution of this stand.
Another challenge was the hall temperature and heat generated by heaters during the show, which can sometimes affect graphic materials.

The client wanted the stand to strongly reflect their company brand colors, so the design process started by carefully studying their brand identity. The booth concept was largely artwork-driven, where most of the company information and communication with visitors was done through graphics and branding panels instead of heavy structures.
Multiple design options were created, followed by several back-and-forth discussions with the client until the final concept was approved.
The final stand design successfully integrated the structural limitations without affecting the overall look of the stand.
The artwork finalisation took time, as the client wanted to carefully review every detail before approval.
To help them visualise the final result, we shared multiple 3D views and revisions whenever required so the client could clearly understand how the stand would look in real life.
Close coordination and continuous communication helped finalise the artwork and layout without compromising on quality.
The stand was completed successfully within the given timeline, while fully respecting the technical constraints of the venue structure.
Despite the challenging booth location and artwork-heavy design, the final outcome looked clean, professional, and fully aligned with the client’s branding.

During the build-up at ITB Berlin, the focus was on precision installation and smooth coordination between different technical teams.
Final checks were completed before handover to ensure everything was working properly and the stand was fully ready before the client’s arrival.
Due to the Middle East conflict situation, the client arrived late to the show, which created additional concern regarding the final setup. However, continuous coordination between the project manager and client helped maintain trust throughout the process.
When the client arrived on the first day of the exhibition, the stand was fully ready.
They were highly satisfied with the result.
The booth attracted strong visitor attention during the show, and the client was able to start the exhibition smoothly without any delay.
