Held annually as one of the world’s most influential exhibitions for home and contract textiles, Heimtextil 2026 took place in January 2026 at Messe Frankfurt. This exhibition serves as a key platform for showcasing innovation and high-quality textile solutions.
As a leading exhibition stand design and build company in Frankfurt, Germany, Connect Displays continues to deliver high-impact environments for every brand participating in major exhibitions. This year again, we delivered visually compelling booths at Heimtextil.
Connect Displays was appointed to design and execute the exhibition stand for Dalfiori at Heimtextil 2026.
The 41.25 sqm booth located in Hall 5.1, Stand C48 needed to present the brand’s premium textile collection in a clean, elegant, and well-organized manner.
As this was Dalfiori’s participation at Heimtextil after more than 25 years, the objective was to create a stand that focused on product display while maintaining a professional and welcoming environment for visitors.
Heimtextil is a show where the main focus is not heavy structure or complex design but creating the right environment for product display. Since exhibitors mainly showcase fabrics, bedding, and textile collections, the stand design must provide maximum display space while still looking refined and visually balanced.
Our client wanted their products to be displayed in a unique and organised way, with proper spacing and clear visibility. The challenge was to execute the exact vision of the client while keeping the layout open, comfortable, and suitable for visitor movement.
Dalfiori already had a clear idea about the color theme, layout, and product placement. Our role was to execute the same vision precisely, including small interior details, finishes, and lighting positions, so that every element used in the booth had a purpose and supported the overall concept.
Since the exhibition was scheduled in early January, the planning had to be completed well in advance due to the Christmas and New Year holidays and limited team availability during that period. Because of this, all materials, graphics, furniture, and display details were finalised beforehand to avoid last-minute changes.
During the design development, the initial concept included wooden ceiling beam elements, but these were later removed to achieve a cleaner and more minimal look. This made the stand feel more open and suitable for textile display while still maintaining a strong presence on the show floor.
Lighting was an important part of the design. Textile products depend heavily on how colors and textures appear, so the light placement and type were planned carefully to ensure the right focus on each display area.
Branding elements were added in a balanced way so that the brand remained visible without overpowering the product display.
From a logistics point of view, the client requested early completion, but the official handover was scheduled for 12 January as per organiser timelines. The team planned accordingly and remained ready to complete the stand earlier if site conditions allowed.
All elements, including structure, graphics, lighting, and furniture, were installed as per the approved design.
The client supplied their own cushions and bedding accessories, which were placed on site to complete the final styling exactly as per their brand presentation.
Connect Displays, as usual, delivered the stand successfully on schedule, with all details executed as planned. The final result created a clean, elegant, and product-focused display that allowed Dalfiori to present their textile collection effectively during the exhibition.
